Methylation sequencing data processing and quality control. Two methylated DNA markers from tissue and plasma identified and assessed.
The minimum group size was determined for the biological tissue validation and plasma pilot phases.
Algorithm using two methylated markers was identified to deliver high sensitivity for CRC detection.
Locked algorithm was used to independently validate the clinical performance of the OColon test.
